For the longest time I have worked right next to Samba’s Brazilian Steakhouse in Fresno, and have never actually tried the full Churrascaria Brazilian BBQ. Well last night my company treated a contractor to dinner and man, what a treat! From the salad bar items to the meats it was pretty darn delicious.

I started with some salad, black beans, BBQ corn and some sort of pasta with bell pepers mixed in. Within minutes we started to recieve the meat and the amount of meat that was delivered to our table was pretty astounding. I would say approximately 15 different types of meat were delivered including some BBQ pineapple. Total bill for 3 of us was about $90 after tip.

If you’re ever our in N/W Fresno I would definitely recommend this place. Now I need to bring my wife here.

Oh yeah, one more thing to note. I found out that their liquor license had been temporarily suspended which was sort of a let down. Normally when I do go to Samba’s we go to order some of the Caipirinha drinks which are insanely sweet and strong, but not this time. I guess it was related to this.
